Ukweli ni kwamba wahusika wa matendo haya wanafamika kwani Hostel za wanafunzi zinavunjwa sana na kutekwa kwa nyumba yenye watu(wanafunzi wakiume) zaidi ya ishirini imefanyika sana. Hivyo tunaomba vyombo vya usalama viwajibike kabla kila mtu hajamua kuwajibika kivyake....
